Nursing requires physical presence, manual dexterity, emotional intelligence, and rapid clinical judgment in unpredictable environments. AI assists with documentation and monitoring, but the core job -- hands on patients -- resists automation. One of the few professions where the honest assessment is: genuinely low risk in the medium term.
