Every building is different. Every wire run is a spatial reasoning problem in a physical environment that robots can't navigate. Electricians work in crawl spaces, on ladders, in weather. AI can design electrical systems but cannot install them. This is genuine structural protection -- not cope, not regulatory barrier, but physical reality.
