Cybersecurity benefits from a paradox: the more AI there is, the more attack surface exists, the more security professionals are needed. AI automates routine monitoring but sophisticated attacks and defence require human creativity and judgement. The degree leads to real, growing demand. Not AI-proof, but AI-amplified -- one of the few fields where AI increases rather than decreases human demand.
