The MBA's value proposition was 'learn to manage complexity.' AI manages complexity better. The degree teaches frameworks that LLMs can apply, communication skills that AI can replicate, and 'leadership' that increasingly means 'managing AI agents.' Business schools cope by adding 'AI modules' to the curriculum -- teaching students about the tool that's replacing them.
